Pump Action Vacuum Cup

This vacuum cup is designed to help make carrying of large sheets safe and easy.

The handle is made of 4mm thick tough polycarbonate* plastic, and is attached to a 8" (203mm) diameter rubber suction cup.

Vacuum attachment to non-porous surfaces is achieved in a few seconds by depressing the pump plunger five or six times until it stays well within the handle, beyond the safety band.

Once the attachment has been achieved the glass sheet can be lifted easily by hand. The rubber cup has the capability of handling almost any manual lift without damaging delicate surfaces, and is released quickly from the material by pressing the thumb release.

Four extra mounting points for vacuum based drill presses etc.

Improved sealing lip provides for greater security and enables one hand attachment with ease.

The grey/black colour scheme makes it easier to see the red safety band.

A 4mm thick barrel resists flexing particularly during heavy lifts.

Four extra mounting points facilitate attachment to vacuum based drill presses etc.

Lubrication of the pump can be carried out in seconds (use only silicone grease).
