Exterior grade vinyl is thermally formed and permanently bonded to the wood substrate with high grade exterior, water-proof adhesive.
Nail holes can be filled with latex caulking which has excellent adhesion to vinyl.
These thermo stops have been tested in extreme climatic conditions.
Maintenance-free - no further priming, painting or cladding is required.
